Health is Wealth urdu essay - Dunya ki sub se bari naimat ya daulat sehat hai. Aur jis ko ye naimat hasil hai usay deen aur dunya ki har rahat hasil hai. Khuda ki beshumar naimaton se Insan us waqt hi khush ho sakta hai jub woh tandrust aur sehatmand ho. Aik sehatmand admi khush-o-khuram rehta hai aur kamyab zindagi guzarta hai. Zindagi aur daraz umar ka raaz isi main muzmar hai is ke baraks jo shukhs is naimat se mehroom hota hai us ke liye dunya aik dozakh hai khawah woh kitna hi ameer aur kabeer kyoun na ho. Agar sehat jesi naimat us ke paas nahin us ki zindagi haram hai. Aur insan sust, ghamgeen aur udaas maloom hota hai.
Sehat ke baghair na tou Khuda ki ibadat ho sakti hai aur na hi koi dusra dunyawi kaam sar anjam diya ja sakta hai. Bimar shukhs dusron ka mohtaj hota hai. Aik bimar admi ki zindagi na sirf us ke apne liye wabal-e-jaan hoti hai balkeh dusron ke liye bhi baes-e-pareshani hoti hai. Jo shukhs aksar bimar rehta hai woh apne azeez rishtaydaron ke liye boojh ban jata hai. Rafta rafta us se sub munh mod laitay hain aur koi us ke kareeb nahin ata. Jism aur dimagh ki tandrusti ke liye lazmi hai ke talib ilm sehat ke asoolon ke waqif ho. Ranj-o-ghum ko bhula diya jaye. Naiki ikhtyar ki jaye aur burayi se door raha jaye. Har shukhs ke liye hifzan sehat ke asoolon se waqfiyat zaroori hai. Munasib ahtyat aur parhez se insan bohat si bimariyon se door reh sakta hai.
